The Best of Tiger Woods' Career
Tiger Woods is famous because he is an all around great player. He has an incredible short and mid range game, but he's very consistent at long range as well. His skill has always been far greater than just consistency though. Check out his best hole-in-one shots from his early career.
It is this impeccable skill at difficult moments that makes Tiger Woods really shine. Whether he's on a difficult course like this one, or a great course like the ones here, he could still play amazingly. Even after all the difficult things he's been through, he still manages to do amazing things under pressure. I like Tiger Woods because great performance under pressure is what pro sports is all about!
5 Crazy Mountain Golfing Videos
There's something truly spectacular about hitting a nice long drive from the top of a mountain. The only thing is, if you're on top of a mountain peak, you've got to be careful! Check out this vid of a guy hitting his backpack off the top of a mountain while trying to golf -- bad idea!
Here are the top 5 crazy mountain golf shots:
1. Mountain peak backpack shot
2. Random drive off mountainside
3. Amazing canyon shots
4. Long Mountain Drive
5. Beautiful scenery mountain shot
As you can see, taking a shot off a mountain doesn't have to be dangerous, but it is always exciting. These clips make me want to visit my favorite (safe) mountain golf resort (this one here). You can just see the excitement in these golfers faces as they take crazy long shots in some beautiful scenery.

How To Satisfy Your Post NHL Hockey Craving
Here are the top 5 ways to satisfy your post NHL finals hockey craving:
5. Visit the winners
Go over the Kings' hometown and soak in the victory, that is, unless you're a NJ fan... Los Angeles is great this time of year and maybe you'll get a peak at the Stanley cup.
4. Watch the games again
Are you that desperate for more hockey action? You can find a lot of good highlights on Youtube.com. Check out this channel, for example:
3. Move on
Hockey is so last week. Even the pro hockey players move on to a more relevant sport in the summer. To satisfy that stick swinging craving, hit up your local golf course (check these) and practice your swing.
2. Keep up to date
You don't have to be watching hockey to enjoy it. Part of the fun is keeping up to date with the draft and rosters. Check out TSN's Draftcentre for info.
1. Simulate!
The smart people at EA sports just announced their NHL 2013 game. It looks and feels pretty realistic, so you can play your favorite teams and imagine you are watching a real game. It never gets old! For now you have to play NHL 2012, but check out the trailer for 2013:
Thats about it for post NHL craving-stoppers. If you have more ideas on how to stop those NHL cravings, please leave a comment!

Top 5 Ways To Stay Motivated With Your Exercise Routine
At first, a new exercise routine is exiting and fun, but after a while it can really become a grind. What can you do to make it more interesting, engaging, and fun? Believe it or not, exercise can become addictive and rewarding if you stick with it and learn to enjoy it.
Here are 5 of the best ways to stay motivated with your exercise routine.
5. Music
Listening to music is a great way to keep up your energy and boost your intensity. If you've never experienced the flood of endorphins when listening to a great, upbeat song and working out at full speed you don't know what you're missing. It truly is one of the greatest feelings and will have you coming back to work out more often.4. Group activities
It's hard to constantly pressure yourself to exercise if you aren't accountable to others. Joining a group is a great way to fix this problem. Whether you join a sports team, group workout or find a jogging partner, you will find that it's easier to get out the door when you have someone expecting you.3. Personal Trainer
Similarly, another way to stay accountable is to sign up with a personal trainer. A good trainer will know how to keep up your motivation (look at this one), and will give you ways to increase your "workout accountability".2. Picture it
If you have a target weight goal or just vaguely want to lose some weight, its not enough. All professional athletes will tell you that if you want to achieve something, you need to picture it. Search the internet for a great picture that captures what you could realistically look like if you keep up your routine (the image does not necessarily have to be as fit as the people in the video above, but it's same idea).1. Self Accountability
Combined with accountability to others, self accountability is key. Set your goals carefully. Make sure your goals are realistically achievable, not too easy, and time-constrained. Work out a rough schedule and action plan of how you will achieve your goal and update it regularly with your results. If you don't accomplish what you want, don't be discouraged. Remember, progress is more important than your destination.I believe every person has it in them to recognize realistic goals and accomplish them, because I've seen first hand how the laziest person can come to really enjoy living a healthier lifestyle. Not only will you look better, you will feel amazing. Good Luck!
Why Am I Gaining Weight If I'm Exercising Regularly!?

So you're trying to get in shape, lose some weight and look great. Your off to a great start, but then you step on the scale and "Oh no!", you're 5 pounds heavier than you were. This is not so uncommon for people trying to get fit. There are 3 common causes of weight gain during a new fitness campaign.
3 Reasons You Are Gaining Weight With Regular Exercise
1. Muscle Mass
The most common cause of weight gain during a fitness campaign comes from muscle mass. Muscle mass can build quite quickly, and since muscle is heavier than fat, the scale doesn't show that you've lost weight. If muscle is the culprit behind your weight gain, don't worry: all you have to do is keep at your workout and you should see your weight begin to fall after it peaks.
2. Lack of Sleep
Lack of sleep is tied to weight gain, so even if you are exercising, this could be the cause. If your exercise is messing up your sleep schedule, consider exercising in the morning rather than at night. This way you don't have adrenaline pumping and won't be restless in the night.
3. New Diet
Diet is a very tricky thing to control when you are exercising more. On one hand, exercising makes you want to eat more because you are burning more calories, but on the other, it is easy to over indulge. If you are exercising a lot AND going on a diet, you may be making yourself worse off. If you try to eat less and workout more you are more tempted to eat more snacks, and especially junk food. Instead, try to eat a moderate amount, and make sure you have plenty of fruits and vegetables.
If you want to get fit and stay fit, it requires changing your lifestyle for the long term. Stick with eating healthy and exercising regularly and any initial weight gain will go away. If you are having weight gain or diet issues, its often a good idea to consult a specialist, whether it be a good personal trainer (browse over here), or your family doctor (find one). Keeping a moderate and healthy lifestyle will have you looking and feeling great, even if its not immediately obvious.
